Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We roast to order and ship exclusively within Australia using Australia Post to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and on time.

Processing Times

• All orders are freshly roasted to order and roasted within 1–3 business days of placing your order.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within Australia only.

• We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Delivery Issues

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Authority to Leave

Unless specified otherwise, parcels may be left in a safe place at your delivery address. If you require a signature on delivery, please let us know in the order notes.
